Dr. Elizabeth Morrison, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic hand surgeon and Director of Orthopedic Hand Surgery at Nassau University Medical Center, where she also serves as Program Director of the Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program. She earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in 1995 after completing a Master of Physical Therapy at Rutgers/UMDNJ, which strengthens her comprehensive approach to upper extremity care. Dr. Morrison specializes in nerve and vascular disorders, tendon injuries, fractures, ligament tears, hand tumors, and complex reconstructive surgery, and she remains active in clinical research and resident education.
