Denis Gratsianskiy, MD, is a board-certified general and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) surgeon. He provides comprehensive surgical care at offices in Manhattan, Queens, and Long Island.

Dr. Gratsianskiy earned his Doctor of Medicine with honors from Pirogov National Research Medical University in Moscow, Russia. He then completed extensive postgraduate training in the United States, including general surgery residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in New York and an AHPBA-accredited fellowship in HPB, foregut, and advanced gastrointestinal surgery at AdventHealth Tampa in Florida.

He is board-certified in general surgery and holds additional certification from the American Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA). His expertise spans robotic and minimally invasive procedures for complex hepatobiliary and pancreatic conditions, complex gastrointestinal surgery, as well as general surgical care.

At Surgical Specialists of Greater New York, Dr. Gratsianskiy is committed to providing state-of-the-art, patient-centered care. He actively participates in research and has presented at leading surgical conferences, including the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons (SAGES), the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress, and the Society for Robotic Surgery. His work focuses on advancing minimally invasive techniques for complex liver, pancreas, and biliary surgery.

Dr. Gratsianskiy is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to providing expert surgical care in partnership with his patients.
