Dante Leven, DO, PT

Dr. Dante Leven, DO, PT, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon and Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at SUNY Downstate and a spine surgery fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital, and he serves as an Active Professor in the Department of Orthopedics at Nassau University Medical Center. Dr. Leven specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical disc replacement, spinal deformity correction, and complex spinal reconstruction, drawing on 10 years of prior experience as a physical therapist to deliver comprehensive, patient-focused spine care.
