Brett Spain, DO, FAOASM

Dr. Brett Spain, DO, FAOASM, is a board-certified primary care sports medicine physician at Total Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital and a sports medicine fellowship through the North Shore/LIJ Health System. Dr. Spain serves as Team Physician for the USA Men’s and Women’s Water Polo National Teams and specializes in non-surgical sports injury care, including diagnostic ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, PRP therapy, osteopathic manipulation, and concussion management for athletes and active adults.
